[Help] [FNV] Need help, Super Mutants and Nightkin don't have voices, except for Marcus.
The Super Mutants in Jacobstown and the Nightkin at the REPCONN test sight don't have voices. Their mouths don't move, but they do have subtitles. I can't find anything online about this bug, anyone have any ideas? I've tried validating my files through steam, but that didn't fix it either. Edit: Starting a new save didn't fix it so I assume it has to be a problem with one of my mods. Idk which one could be effecting Super Mutants specifically though.
I've been playing New Vegas for years, just got gifted a PC copy on Steam probably not even a week ago. I've got a few mods installed, since I've played the game over multiple times, but there's just one little problem. One of the mods (A World Of Pain) adds difficult dungeons, all fine and dandy, I enjoy a challenge, but I have a weaponry mod and would like to spawn a few guns in my inventory to help me out a bit since I'm at a relatively low level and almost all areas of the game have difficult and perceptive enemies now. I just need help with a pretty dumb thing. The question: How would I write a load order? If I were to spawn something in (not much of a cheater but I've played mostly everything the game has on offer and I have a few mods (New Vegas Bounties, the aforementioned 'A World Of Pain' mod, and a mod to add Casino Heists) that could do with a bit better of a 'starting point'. If that's a dumb question (or a simple one), how about this? How would I write out the code to spawn in a weapon? Just going for a melee weapon, a pistol, and an SMG, I don't want to start too over-powered. The weapon mod in question is Classic Fallout Weapons - New Vegas. (Yeah, I know it's an old mod but I don't want to add a weapon mod with a buncha guns that don't fit the established time period.)
First off, I'd like to say thank you to the Fallout Mods community for your help previously in getting my Tale of Two Wastelands to work properly. Been having fun so far. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get my Fallout Who Vegas to run with my TTW; I load a savegame or start a new game, and the TARDIS doesn't show up. There is a crack in Doc Mitchell's house so I know the mod itself is working, it's just when the TARDIS is supposed to show up, it doesn't show. I've tried reordering the mods to no avail. If someone could take a look at this and my load order and give me some help, I would be grateful for any help. I've installed the mod limit fix but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I looked up on the FWV mod site and it says something about the initial loading of DLC interfering with the mod, tried deactivating my DLC delay mod in hopes that it'd fix it but to no avail. I've all but accepted that I won't get FWV to run, but I'm asking for help anyways on the slim hope that I might get it to run after all. I've also posted a similar entry over on the Fallout Who thread, but at the prompting of one of the posters there I've decided to post here to get more people to help. If it can be helped, that would be great as I'd love to add being a Time Lord to my repertoire in the game, if not, then at least I tried asking for help. The only thing I can think to get my mod working is to download a savegame that already has the starting quest completed. Thank you for your time in any case.

I'm kinda a n00b when it comes to this sort of stuff and I've rarely had problems until recently. I just want to play some modded TTW as a mad scientist or similar character. DLC ideas that I think would be awesome to play (Spoilers for the endings of the game)
Massive spoilers for the endings of the game, if you didn't beat the game yet or haven't seen all the endings of the game, turn back now. When I say DLC, I mean paid dlc that adds new quest, characters, locations, weapons, stuff like that. DLC that I would wanna play are the stories that would take place after the endings of the game, all 4 of them. In my mind, this isn't buying the actual ending of the game, it's simply a story after the main story is done. The thing with this, is that there would be dlc for the 4 different endings. One for the the Nomad ending, one for Johnny's ending, one for the Arasaka ending, and one for the Night City Legend ending. Simply put, what happens after all these endings. I've also thought of the names of the dlc. The Nomad's Story (Nomad ending): After V leaves Night City with the nomads, (s)he and Panam will attempt to find the contacts Panam was talking about in an attempt to stop V from dying. The playable area could possibly take place in an area like Las Vegas. This could add gambling which would be an incredible feature and good way to make some $$$. I think it could also be imagine would Las Vegas would look like in 2077. The Legend's Story (Night City Legend ending): After V decides to stay in NC and becomes a legend, they go on a contract to do a casino heist. It turns into a simple heist, into attempting to take over the casino and have V be in charge. Johnny's Story (Johnny's ending): After V lets Johnny keep the body, Johnny leaves NC forever, in an attempt to start over in life. New face, new name, new beginnings. He simply wants to live a quiet life now, after his new best friend died. However, Arasaka learns that Johnny is alive and wants Johnny because he is a threat to Arasaka, since Yorinobu is a punk ass bitch. The Arasaka Story (Arasaka ending): I tried to play this ending but after the final boss, my game bugged and I couldn't leave the boss room. Got too lazy and didn't want to fight smasher again. I'll update this once I see the Arasaka ending for myself. The only problems with these dlcs, is that not only do you have to beat the game to actually play them, but you cannot do them "in the same universe", if that makes sense. DLCs like the Skyrim or Fallout are side stories and you can do them whenever you want and you don't need the game to beat them (looking at you Broken Steel). With these dlcs, you are required to beat the game to play them. There'd be no other way around it sadly. And since there can only be 1 canon ending, that means there can only be 1 canon dlc, which sucks. Despite these two issues, I think these dlcs would be awesome and I'd buy them in a heartbeat
[FNV] [MODHELP] Constant CTD when starting new game...
G'day, I've installed a lot of mods before and got the game to work in the past, but lately I've done the same thing and I keep CTD whenever I start a new game. I have no idea why the game worked with lots of mods in the past and isn't now. The problem started when I uninstalled the game once due to crashing at Primm, then clean reinstalled with roughly the same mod order while discarding some mods that may have been causing me to crash when entering Primm. Now I can't get in the game at all. I start the game, as soon as I go past the FNV intro, bam, CTD. No error message, nothing, just a crash. I don't know what is causing the crash, but I think it might be some of the mods. I know I will get yelled at for having too many mods, but honestly I don't care at this point, I just want to play some Tale of Two Wastelands... I really want to play the someguy mods as I've heard they are phenomenal. Any help would be appreciated. Edit, its working now, though nipton rebuilt isn't but meh
So I was playing the "Autumn Leaves" Mod and started to notice that a few of the computers had weird greetings when I interacted with them. They would greet me with "What do you need?" and if I left the dialog they would end things with "Bye" or "..." Also, NPCs that I wouldn't normally be able to talk to, such as animals, robots, etc would actually greet me with silent dialogue as I passed them. Normally I could ignore this issue, but it seems to be interfering with one of the quests for Autumn Leaves, and I'm wondering if the fix can be resolved in FNVEdit or by moving around the load order. I am aware that I have an ineptitude towards some of the more advanced modding techniques, such as maintaining a precise load order, and have probably installed mods I shouldn't have. However, I am willing to try and make changes if it means having a stable playthrough. I have already played 100+ of this current playthrough with this currently being the only potentially game breaking problem I've had so far. I'm reposting this from the TTW forumn ad verbatim to see if anyone else can help me here... So I've been having issues with the bodies of NPCs since I started this playthrough of TTW this year. I reinstalled the game and added all my mods, but apparently there are ongoing issues with the textures for NPC bodies that I just cannot seem to fix. First the name bodies had black patches on their chests and limbs, which I fixed with Robert's Male Bodies, then the female bodies turned bright pink, which I tried to fix using a type 3 body replacer, which seems to work fine, but after a while the bodies of all female NPCs turn black, while their heads remain unchanged. When I start the game, the bodies will be normal for a while, but then they turn black, that is what concerns me. I believe I invalidated the archive properly. I went into the Fallout.ini file, I have a archive invalidation ESP installed, and I have MO2 invalidate TTW when it starts up, but that doesn't seem to fix the issue. So I'm running this by you guys to see what I can do to fix the problem, or if you have any suggestions on any mods or programs I can use to fix the issue. The world's best heisters and conmen run the ultimate gauntlet. Who wins?
Several of the world's best heisters and conmen are competing for the title. To win they must perform a series of heists successfully. Whoever manages to get farther or perform the best in the heists (not be detected or caught later, steal the most, do it cheaper, etc) wins. The teams are:
The Lupin III crew (Lupin, Goemon, Jigen, Fujiko) with their standard equipment.
The Ocean's Eleven gang.
The Money Heist gang.
The original PayDay gang.
The Great Pretender gang and friends.
The GTA5 crew (Michael, Trevor and Franklin).
Ethan Hunt and his IMF friends (Mission Impossible).
The teams are all acting independently in their own dimensions and don't have to worry about eachother. These are the targets: 1) The crews must steal the money in the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas. 2) The target is the Declaration of Independence kept in the National Archives. 3) The crown jewels of england, kept in the tower of London. 4) The heisters attempt to steal Batman's suit from the batcave. 5) The heisters attempt to steal data from Batman's computer. But Batman knows someone is coming to steal something from him. 6) All or a substantial amount of the gold in Fort Knox. 7) The gold in Scrooge McDuck's coffers must be stolen. 8) The crews are transported to the Fallout world and must rob 3 New Vegas strip casinos. 9) They must steal the newest Lext Luthor superweapon, kept in a high security vault at Lexcorp. So, can they do it? Who gets farther? Bonus round: The teams are all competing at the same time for these heists and can interfere with each other and steal from each other. Does this change the result? Bonus bonus round: The teams are all cooperating to pull off one mega heist! What's the hardest or most valuable thing they could steal?

Plugin + Mod Index (Overwriting) Load Order Help Needed for Mod Organizer!
Hi all! This is just as the title says. I am about to start my FNV play through and want to make sure I make every last resolution that I need before moving forward. I had LOOT organize my files once and then after reinstalling a mod and deleting it I resorted it again but it pretty drastically changed it on the second go even though there was nothing new and I just want to make sure it's actually sorted well. As for overwriting... I know the majority of this I should have been diligent about from the get go but I assumed that since it was MO (only having limited experience) that it wouldn't matter as long as I ordered the plugins. Seems I was wrong from what I've read. So if anyone can check these two lists and suggest changes I will love you and have your baby. EDIT: Also, while I understand the available help regarding the Mod Index order is going to be exceptionally low, I would hope that if there's even a few known corrections from personal experience I'd really appreciate it First, the plugin order:
